Wine & Pot

This workshop is for groups of up to 6 friends who would like to have an introduction to pottery whilst sharing wine and laughter together.
You will be able to choose a project from a selection of ideas that can be agreed upon prior to the date of your event.
You will be able to bring along your preferred wine or beverage. Tea, coffee and crispy snacks will be provided.

During the first part of the workshop I will demonstrate in stages, how to make your chosen project, you will then be able to get creative in the company of your friends.
Coloured slips and underglazes will be provided to decorate your pieces.

After the workshop, your projects will be bisque fired to 1000°C, I will then glaze your pieces with a transparent glaze and fire again to 1200°C. 

Finished items can be collected in approximately 3 to 6 weeks (depending on weather/drying conditions) or posted for a P&P cost of £10. 

The workshop will run from 7pm – 10pm.

This course is suitable for all abilities.
